Positive: Great location! We walked to downtown Hilo in about 10 minutes and the place was clean. Loved the amenities and the different equipment to make our stay enjoyable.

Negative: This is out of their control but the Kouki frogs were pretty loud at night. The driveway also is steep so the underside of our rental car scratched when we were exiting and entering. However there is ample street parking
